The rules of the road. Plain-language terms that govern your use of this website and the free information we publish.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of secwiztech.com and any related websites, content, and online tools (collectively, the "Site") operated by SecWiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("SecWiz," "we," "us"). Paid consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement, not these Terms.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you're using the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you're authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What the Site Provides

The Site offers general information about SecWiz, our services, case studies, a free cost-estimate calculator, and a contact/chat facility. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional, legal, or financial advice. Any information you submit through forms or chat creates no obligation on either party to enter into a service agreement.

3. Cost Estimates & Proposals

Estimates produced by our online calculator or shared in informal responses are non-binding indicative ranges. Final pricing depends on scope review, technical feasibility, and contract terms, and will only be binding when confirmed in a signed proposal or Statement of Work.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or chat.
  • Use the Site or our forms to send spam, scrape data, or overload our infrastructure.
  • Attempt to bypass our CAPTCHA, rate-limiting, or any other security control.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Site in a way that competes with us.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm systems.
  • Use the Site to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

We may, at our discretion, suspend, block, or restrict access (including by IP) if we reasonably believe you're violating these rules.

5. Responsible Disclosure

We welcome security researchers. If you discover a vulnerability on the Site, please report it to info@secwiztech.com before public disclosure. We commit to acknowledging reports within two business days and will not pursue legal action against researchers who act in good faith and follow coordinated disclosure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the "SecWiz" name, code, and design — is owned by SecWiz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or our licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction, or redistribution requires our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Cloudflare, etc.). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecWiz and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our aggregate liability arising from or relating to your use of the Site exceed INR 1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees). This cap does not apply to paid engagements, which are governed by their own signed contracts.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SecWiz from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
